At the age of 13, Joey Scarpellino came to the attention of André Provencher, producer of the series Les Parent. He landed the role of Thomas Parent, the eldest of a family of three children, which he played for eight seasons. He was then offered a role in Le Gentleman. Very popular with young people, he won the Personality of the Year award at Karv l'anti-gala two years running, in 2011 and 2012.

His TV credits include La théorie du K.O, Code G, Demain des hommes, Clash and District 31. More recently, we've seen Joey on stage across Quebec in the popular show Ladies Night and in Juliette Gosselin's series Discrètes.
